My wife had her throat tattooed as well but we didn’t get her artists name. However her tattoo came out amazing as well!! The shop was very clean and they took all the necessary health and safety precautions. 10/10 would definitely recommend!! Next time I’m in Puerto Rico I WILL BE BACK!!!
