Fast and friendly service. Ally did my helix and forward helix as painlessly as possible. She was personable and made me comfortable right away. She walked me through what to expect, advised me on considerations, gave me ample time to evaluate placement before making my decision and was very thorough about aftercare when everything was done. I love how my new piercings look and will be back.

Updated review, because they’re just that good. I followed all of Ally’s advice and had zero issues with healing. Everything was looking better than I expected and was fairly low maintenance. My earring fell out after I was fussing with it (had gotten it tangled in my hair while playing with my baby) and really hurt to try to reinsert it. I left it over night without jewelry in it and went in to see Ally the following evening. She remembered me and was so nice about rescuing my piercing. She let me know what she would attempt and what my options would be if it didn’t work. Even though the rescue missing was a tad painful, Ally had me laughing and relaxed the whole time. Pricing was very fair and the studio even honored the original pricing though their prices had recently changed. Highly recommend Robson Studio and Ally!

I had an incredible experience at Cloud Serpent studios with Eve! Her airbrush style of tattooing is mesmerizing and unique. She did the first out of three that I’m wanting on my arm. The entire process was seamless, and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my new tattoo. Eve is not only an amazing artist but also a wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend her and give my experience a well-deserved 5-star rating! Will definitely come back for the other two.

By far this is the best tattoo shop. The shop is very clean and safe. Eve is a very professional and talented artist. She was super nice and very patient . Her art work is beyond amazing . Called and then came in for a consult with Jay. Collaborated on tattoo design and I told them I would book within a week.
Called 5/15/23 and asked for the next available appointment with Jay (spoke with the receptionist voted most likely to hate her job) – told 11:00am 5/19/23. I took it. Time is valuable and others time should be respected …. I actually even made the point of saying that I would cancel if anything came up.

Took Friday off arrived at 11:00- no Jay. Jay was called and said no one confirmed ( I was not asked to – I booked an appointment) – could not come in.
Was told Grant would be in within 20 min and he could do it… no Grant.

Lovely receptionist today – so sincere and kind…. but commitment to appointments, and recovery from screw ups at this “business” blows.

Was told someone would call me shortly to offer options – given there track record with actually doing what they say….. not holding my breath.

The difference a week makes.

Received a call from the location and they offered me the option of coming in later that day, to meet with a different artist.

I was offered a discount for the earlier problem and I came back and met Joy. Joy was excellent , and especially patient working with me on my first tattoo.

My final bill was about $100 higher than the quote I had received, but at this point I just wanted to have it all over and done. I tipped and left.

Then, I received a follow up call from the owner Sunday evening – and I was really impressed. He followed up make certain my experience was a positive one, I told him about the quote confusion also and he corrected the error.

Whatever my initial experience was the response more than made up for it. I felt heard, understood, and I really am happy with the final product. Great work and a real commitment to making experiences positive.

recently got a tattoo here. i was very excited & looking forward to the appointment, it started off well by my artist adjusting a part that i wanted to add (which was great!) & i walked out with a beautiful new tattoo. unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the aftercare process & such, but the owner had reached out to me personally to address these concerns. i appreciated the communication greatly and the reparations they took. it was all done swiftly and with care/ concern. i look forward to going back in the future.

I have seen Crystal several times over the last few years. She has done my entire lower leg now. She is is so incredibly talented. Her work is meticulous and beautiful. She is so also super fast. The shop very clean and everyone working there is so nice and also very talented. Can’t wait for my next tattoo in the near future with her.

My husband and I got matching pieces done by Meg (@whimsicalwalnut). I love the tattoos (mine and his) so much and Meg was an absolute treat: kind, patient, and very professional… all around lovely human and very talented artist! I hope to get tattooed by her again!! Because we were getting matching art, we went to the studio together in the morning and I worked from their sofa until it was my turn. Great place to send the day working from “home,” and even better place to get tattooed 🙂 Thank you, Meg.

Ive been tattooed here by multiple artists and every time I felt safe and taken care of. The space is bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone there is super lovely and makes sure you have a great experience. Major bonus is that everyone there has their own distinct style so youre pretty much garunteed to find an artist who can match what youre looking for!

Reid D. is one of the nicest people i’ve met. I did not feel rushed when I was in there. He answered every question i had. He advised me when i had questions about my tattoo ideas and placements. He worked later than he was supposed to so I could get my tattoo completed. You can’t go wrong getting your tattoos from him.

Derrick was such a blast to work with! He gave my husband and I some sick matching tattoos for our anniversary. Super easy to work with in a clean and professional environment, plus an amazing artist. I’m definitely going back!

Phenomenal artists and people. Covered up an old tattoo which no one else would touch and created a life changing piece. While being tattooed, other clients from other artists popped in and every piece I saw was world class. Highly recommended!

It’s a great private studio in the most central area. The energy of the space is traditional tattoo shop covered in art on the walls, with a welcoming, laid back community kind of love. The great big book shelf of historical and contemporary material to draw upon is something you don’t really see that much anymore – it’s a great space to explore and expand your personal statement.

These guys are true masters of tattoo art and help you fine tune your vision for the muscle group intended. I look forward to every visit.

I’ve always wanted a traditional Filipino tattoo and Tito Mayo took the time to sit down with me, ask about my intentions with the tattoo, and really helped me understand the meaning of what I was doing by getting Batok. Minimal pain, fun conversation and a great experience overall!

This was my first time having a tattoo and I wanted it in traditional Filipino design. I’ve done my own research and saw that Mayo’s background in Filipino tribal tattoos, was the artist that could do that for me. So I visited his studio and shared my background and story about my ancestors to him. He then took this information and came up an amazing freehand design that was unique to my story and my family. So far I’ve only had 2 sessions with him but the work and amount of detail he puts into his craft is just absolutely stunning. I can’t wait for my next session and see my finished sleeve.
