I finally decided to get my first tattoo as a birthday gift to myself and I am very glad I came across Kensho Tattoo Company. I met Rick who was super friendly and patient and worked with Chad who was available sooner and just as friendly and patient. Really like? No – actually love my tattoo, it makes me happy so much that I am looking forward to my next one! Thank you Chad for all your help and making my first tattoo an awesome experience and thank you Rick for your confidence in him. Amazing!

I saw a guy called Chad. Straightforward clean experience, I was there an hour. Ambience in the parlor was sick. my ink wasn’t Japanese stuff but he did a sterling job. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. I’m going back soon

I found A Tattoo through word of mouth and heard nothing but their quality work, specifically for realism for my sleeve. The process to make an application through the website was smooth and easy. I chose to work with Lindsey, after looking through her IG profile, her work looked immaculate!

When I met with Lindsey to start the project, the shop was clean, professional, and walls covered in art and the numerous awards won be her and Chiwon for their remarkable work. She showed me her drawings and I was amazed! We did a full sit, and she was incredibly professional, friendly and make great use of our time. When we were done the first session, she had finished exactly what we had intended for the day.

The finished product was beyond my expectations! The attention to detail, and realism made the piece come to life and I couldn’t be any happier! If you’re looking for quality work done by professionals, I would HIGHLY suggest A Tattoo. Six stars!

Lindsey is so very skilled and an amazing artist and just overall wholesome person. It’s been a pleasure to work with her so far. Chiwon’s work is also top notch. I’m so darn happy with the first half of my sleeve, its everything Ive wanted since I was young. A friend referred me to the shop and after seeing their black and white realism sleeve I had no doubt the work would be *chefs kiss*. These two are so talented and high in demand that the shop is appointment only but well worth the wait!!

I followed my tattoo artist (Jaime) here. The shop is so cute and aesthetic and will keep coming back as long as Jaime is still here! I recently got 3 tattoos done and Jaime is amazing. They all have been healing really well. 🙂

I had a tattoo done by Zachary of Trailmix Tattoos and I could not be happier. Please notice the perfectly done eye, the beautiful drop shadow with feather ruffles, and the perfect detail of this little birds claws digging into my arm.

The shop has a fantastic atmosphere and work culture and if you are very lucky, supervisor Bambi the doggo will bless you with her presence. I will be coming back again and again.

Just want to say how clean and professional malos is! Both my wife and I made an appointment to see Lily, and after showing her what we wanted via email, she sketched her own version of it and she absolutely nailed what we were looking for! Both of our tattoos did not hurt and she had a nice light hand that is great with lines and shading, she made sure we were comfortable and was sweet enough to take a photo with us! Also! Everyone that works there is also very kind, we just chose Lily since we liked her work on instagram. Stop looking at other tattoo shops and pick Malos Tattoos!

I am very happy with my results. Lily was able to fix my previous blotched micro blading job I had done a year prior. They are accommodating and the follow up appointment was definitely a plus! Lily is gentle and patient and will take her time to ensure you are completely comfortable and satisfied. I totally recommend them!

Had a great experience here just on a walk-in with Leaves. The location is amazing and the shop is housed in a heritage building. It’s clean and filled with interesting original artwork and archectural details. There was a ton of natural light that gave it a really magic quality in the evening as the sun came through the tall west-facing windows. It’s by far the nicest shop I’ve been to in a long time, possibly ever.

The vibes were great and he was so gentle with my friend (a first timer). I’ve gotten work from a lot of different artists and I felt he had a light touch while still delivering solid lines and shading. My tattoo is healing really well despite being on my wrist in the middle of summer.

I appreciate that he had lockers for your belongings because I always feel so awkward leaving my stuff around in a place where cleanliness is so important. I’ve never seen that in a shop and it shows an attention to detail and consideration that did not go unnoticed! You can tell that he really wants his clients to feel comfortable.

I intend to go back to get some filler done on my sleeve and I’m excited to work with him again. I’ve already recommended him to a few friends. If you’re considering a tattoo, it’s worth checking out his portfolio on Instagram and reaching out for a consult, you won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Leaves! He is so fast and he has phenomenal taste. Very clean and efficient work. He gets right to it. Very good rates. He will work with you. And make it into something you will love. I love the work he did for me and I will be definitely going back for more. He is a very respectful and considerate person. He listens very well.

Such a great tattoo shop and loved working with Ashla! She nailed my Totoro thigh piece! I loved how she “colored” him in with dots and I just love the little details. Definitely coming back to get my sleeve done from her!

Was tattooed here today with a custom piece by Meghan. She was so thoughtful with her work and the care she took with the lining.

I was a little apprehensive, I’ve had some negative experiences with some studios recently. The owner and another artist was there and they were so chill and respectful. They were social without being overwhelming, and funny, engaging and respectful.

The shop is clean and has great natural light. This was hands down my favourite tattoo experience in the city. Would recommend to anyone.

Meghan took her time and listened to what I wanted, and even though I couldn’t see the tattoo as she was doing it, she was patient when I reminded her a couple times about what I wanted specifically. She hit the mark 100%. Chelly(?) and the owner, Jeff, were phenomenal. Super decent, fun people. Really clean environment. They had several walk-ins come in at the same time and tended to them in a first-come first-serve basis (as is expected). Really nice atmosphere to spend 4 hours of your life while getting ink. And the attention and detail from Meghan was top notch. Highly recommend this place. They also attached the lot number of our needles to our waivers for safety and health tracing. Very professional but also casual environment. My tattoo is the first with all the blue. Absolutely love it. Thanks guys!
